Frequently Asked Questions
How does pricing work?
Each plan has a monthly platform fee ($0, $49, or $499). On top of that, you pay for actual API usage at provider cost plus your plan's markup percentage. For example, if a request costs $0.01 at the provider and you're on the Pro plan (15% markup), you'd pay $0.0115.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What is the free tier daily budget?
Free tier accounts have a $0.50/day spending cap to prevent unexpected charges. This resets daily and is enough for development and testing.
What happens if I exceed my rate limit?
Requests over your rate limit receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. You can upgrade your plan for higher limits, or contact sales for custom enterprise limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or invoice.
